Need help with Creation Center, plz help

I have been trying to import my on player, but it keeps messing up on me. Finally when I think I got it right for a chance, when I start the game and enter the Roster Management Feature the names (options) everything is gone. I thought by Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Pgk. it would fix it but it doesn't.

So could anyone give me a quick run down on how to correctly add your own player to the team and the Fifa Database without getting that weird error?

And for those people that say read the README file, well I have it didn't say anything about it, so I appreciate all the help I can get.
