Need help with Region 1 encoding

I want to get NBA: Ultimate Jordan [20th Anniversary Collector's Edition]..... http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos...061/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl/202-0349304-8177472

Its (REGION 1) (NTSC), well I cant find any for region 2(for use in UK), On amazon its says Region 1 can be played on multi-region DVD player. Well how can I tell if my DVD is a multi-region DVD player? Or if anyone knows where I could buy a region 2 DVD.

get some unlocking codes type unlock codes with the model number and brand into google shud come up
