need help

when i open team management i get until all teams are reset no changes may be made or saved message. i click ok it opens team management but i cant do anything after that. why does this happen?

no i use fcdb xp 2003

sometyhing edited could be wrong and that makes it crash. I dont know what could it be though

it used to happen to me on the demo but now i have the real one and its really good
