Ok i need help with improving three things.

First is how can i improve my first touch in the air? I don't mean like heading it or chesting the ball, i mean for example i play defense and a guy makes a full width of the pitch switch from one side to the other and i step up and jump to prevent the ball reaching it's destination? Or like the ball is coming towards you in the air and you jump and control the ball with your feet in the air. How can you improve that, should i like hit the ball hard of the wall and then before it touches the ground try to bringing down in one touch? Or should i do as much juggling with the ball as possible to feel the ball much better?

Second thing is how can i improve my sprints? Should i do stairs non-stop everyday, or there are other better ways to improve the sprint?

And last is i have a problem with dihydration. I can run a lot in the game and my feet will still feel fresh and my body will feel fresh too and capable of running, but by mouth will be all dried out. How can i get rid of that? Should i like drink a little bit of water every 15 minutes all the time?
