This might be little offtopic. I'm gonna buy a PS3 console and I need some advice. I'm in South Asia and my region is PAL. But I heard somewhere that PAL games has lower quality (slugish and low resolutions) than NTSC games; Is that true? I heard that no matter NTSC or PAL, I can play both games in new PS3 If so whether it is good to buy a NTSC (i.e. American or Japanese) PS3 than a PAL one?

ive played pro evo in europe (pal) and here in canada (ntsc) i think its the same just buy it from a local electronics store saves u money lol
