If any good coach wanna keep a one goal lead he`ll put in a more defensive players 5 or 10 minutes before the game ended . . . Not in the middle part of the second half . . .

And this is how we ALL feel in my country right now :( despite of all the good critics in the press "game of the tournament" L'Equipe says it's historical. The german Bild "Footballheaven for football-lovers allover the world" and "this is how football should be played all the time" but what do we get out of it?? A trip back home maybe :kader:
The players can be very proud tho after the fiasco against the Germans.

Barso was not second choice, he only got a pretty bad injury last season so donkey Heskey took his place. Now that Heskey is gone, I`m pretty sure Baros will be a first choice . . . From a Man U fan point of view, I hope he will not . . .

I am extremely pissed at Advocaat on his decisions on Robben and not selecting Mario Melchiot before the tournament. And I am also pissed at Pavel Nedved for that semi-dive which caused the Heitinga dismissal, and of course, the bloody Spanish referee. Little maggot didn't give Ruud the penalty and Heitinga's foul was definitely not worth a 2nd yellow...

To be fair though the boot could have been on the other foot, RVN went down rather easily a couple of times during the match as I recall.

Well that might be but he got pulled down to the ground with two arms clearly and that should've been a penalty for 100%!!
That ref was blind and was in favor of the Czechs it was obvious, Ruud was the one he was after that bastard, they should send his @ss home immediately :f***: maybe he and DICK can get a plane together.

I think I might have missed the penalty decision :$, that or my memory is crap. To be quite honest my sympathy would probably be saved for the Latvians, who had two clear penalties turned down and unlike RVN don't topple over quite so easily. It is swings and roundabouts with Ruud though for every penalty which gets turned down he'll doubtless fall over and get another.

he did it sometime around the 60th minute....too early and 1 min before he had just creadted a goal scoring chance for RVN....while the other flank had Van der Meyde who's a total waste of space.....

Look at Baros' goal. After the goal is the net, you see 4 Dutch players stand in front of Baros, it'd be funny if it wasn't so sad. :rolleyes: :kader:

Advocaat got booed at today's practice while Robben got a standing ovation.. :p
