Just for Holland's performance against Czech I think they deserve it. But if they couldnt go through, I think that even Latvia deserves to go through more than Germany (just based on performance so far in this tournament). Czechs better watch out for Das Headlocker

I just noticed that Latvia is much like the 1980 Greece (they played the same teams, drawed 0-0 with Germany, lost to the Czech and scored first in that game)

Greece lost against Netherlands 1-0, from a penalty shot.

Yeah right - Kahn is one of the best goalies around, Lahm counts as one of the top left backs in the tournament, Frings had an off game against Latvia but is a very decent player, same goes for Kuranyi who just ain't getting any passes. Schweinsteiger is not bad either.

We would not concede 3 goals by the Czechs.

Easy there cowboy...I didn't say that Germany sucks because Romania beat them, Germany sucked at the World Cup as well and Germany sucks now, this is by far the worst team in the country's history for crying out loud you tied Latvia do you even realize what that means, Germany one of the biggest football nations in the world draws 0-0 with Latvia a nation where soccer isn't even the number one sport, and from what I've seen in this tournament and in the WC yes Ballack is the only world class player on that team, nobody else has impressed me at all, to be honest I can't believe you actually defended my comment when you got nothing to back it up with but whatever, if Germany makes it to the quarter finals of the EURO's know one thing they don't deserve to be there.

germany has not sucked in all at the worldcup for the reason germany wasnt called to be a favorite....there was not much people in germany who gave team germany a big chance at the worlcup....some keyplayers was injured ....

without the best player ballack , team germany was the better team against brasil in the final game..that was a big surprise..only in good goalchances brasil was better and they had ronaldo and a big mistake from kahn....this was the diffrent....

germany has sucked badly against usa and won very lucky..i agree ....the southkorea game was boring...

the same is current..only 6 % of the people in germany before the eurocup believed in team germany to win the cup...

germany was the better team against holland and latvia but had very much luck that latvia got no penalties....latvia has played the most of the second half defense to safe the draw and germany knew not how to score.....latvia had a chance for a draw too against the czechs ...
