Just download the Stadium Tutorial from FIFA Fx.
You find all what you need in that tutorial. I have begun the same way building stadiums, that was 3 months ago.

The pic of the pitch is taken in FIFA 2001 and I've changed the weight of the ball in the aimian file.

You can't download it yet but you can download from FIFA Special when it is finished.

I've been busy today with the crowds and it worked. I've placed the crowds with hex editing in the stadium and I've added shadow on the crowds and in the stadium.
