well you could read any of the many tutorials about this.
right click a bin file, and export, open the bin in wepicdecoder and import the bmp, save and import back into the afs.

but there's no colour in wepicdecoder too ... you can see in the picture ... black and white ... and in the blending mode there's colours but the colour of texture don't change ...

you can only edit the colours in game of boots 1-4, the other three don't change but if you look at the first pallate, you'll see some red colour and this is how the game adds the red bits to the predators.

The ones on my site have a colour changeable pred.

But would you make me a pack if I tell you which boots I would like?

The problem with those patches is that you overwrite some good ones and you have some boots in one pack and some other great ones in another. I would like them all in one pack.

Would you make me a collection please?

If you say yes, I will post a list of which boots I would like.

The boots number starts 1 ... and another question to you ... in your boot packs there's 9 boots , can we use 9 boots in the game ... if your answer is "yes" can you explain how ... thanks ...
