new boots please

I've look around the forum but i can't find anything on importing boots with WEpic decoder so i signed up to get sum help. I'm trying to get sum new boots, i've opened the exported files with pic decoder, its says 2 click on 3(1x1x1) (no pixel data) but mine only has 3(1x1x8) - do i click this one? Then i'm meant 2 import ACT (the saved pallete) - is this the new bootpack?(probably a dumb question i know). Then it says go to slot0.bmp (is this in the dropdown box again?). I tried 2 import the bmp image i got with pack but it says 'dimensions don't match, load failed'. If the question is too long 2 answer can sum1 give me a link please. Be nice this is my first post:D

thanks 4 the help, i think i'm nearly there, i've imported the new bmp images in WEpicdecoder (i think its meant to be 8-bit.bmp and 512x512px???). But this i where my brain starts to hurt, it says "Now import the files “Slot 0_gs.bmp” to “Slot 2_gs.bmp”
NOTE: You don’t have to import a palette here!!! Do i import the bmp file again for each of the slots? In the tutorial i've got it says change the bmp to 128x64 (but how do i do this because i changed the pixels the first time with Paint but now when i try to change it to 128x64 it cuts all the boots off and i'm left with just the corner). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP

or to put it another way how to i changed the bmp image to the right pixel size so i can import it in the pic decoder?

Actually, why don't you just email me the boot BMPs you want to make a pack from and I'll do the pack for you... Shouldn't take too long...
