Dude, come on !!! This screens look same as fifa2003. I thought that EA will do something great with grafics, but they did not change anything. NO REALISM!!!

just who trying to get the ball from another player by looking at his own knee?

We want great gameplay, if you ask me i will take FIFA 2003 graphics with amazing gameplay, that's all from me, cheers dude :D

P.S. I did not see anything good in Zidan's face. Style of grafics is same as in fifa2003. Privious screens had better grafics, but this new ones sucks. I hope EA will make some changes, or i will be very disepionted.:(

Putting aside whether zidane looks like zidane or not,, everyone, please refer to the first page of this thread and look at the picture which someone posted to point out how bad the goal size is....

so so sad that it looks like that.

I really don't understand the average FIFA fan mentality. You do realize that whenever you see graphics of this quality it will be in the cut-scenes, not during the actual playing part of the game (unless you play in the action camera mode where you can only see two yards around you - very practical). What does it matter how the cinematic replays look? When you play with a playable camera mode FIFA 2003 looked horrible. Find anybody who has played PES2/WE6 and FIFA 2003 and let them explain to you the difference is smoothness and animation fluidity. FIFA 2003 was horrible in playable camera modes for graphics. FIFA need to concentrate on smoothing out the animation during actual gameplay not cut-scenes because that means nothing unless you are into watching nice graphics when you're not actually doing anything in the game. You may as well watch a DVD of soccer highlights if you want to take a watching role.

FIFA graphics are great when it doesn't matter but poor with animation when it does matter. At the end of the day, unless the gameplay is great then FIFA 2004 won't be worth a blank CD regardless of graphical quality. I understand that the majority of FIFA fans couldn't care less about gameplay which is why you all cream yourselves at every picture EA release but for those in the FIFA community who do care about gameplay, I hope that EA pull something out of the hat this year. I've had every FIFA since the first version on the SEGA Genesis/Megadrive console. I want this FIFA to be great not a graphical masterpiece during the cutscenes but with crap fluid motion during the gameplay and pathetic actual gameplay itself.

Something tells me this is EA's last year to get it right.
