About the Glow i reduce it, in my pc look fine but quit a underwood this patch change it pc to pc .for me works great with little glow.
so you can try edit ebn file and reduce the day bloom´s
from 6 to 4 if you have mods 1 and 3 to 1 on mds 2 and fade time 1800 to 2500.

To develop their new engine,improve or porting other EA's engine into their game,yes indeed they don't have to use money.
