That kit just shows how the Logo of the Sponsor will look like - nothing more. The kit will have a new pattern (see Nike's new club templates to get an idea)

the one wearing blue is Baichung Bhutia (ex Bury Striker) and I may be wrong by saying that the orange one is the goalie kit, but I'm quite sure that is Sandip Nandy.
