So, away euro shirt will they use a red font like in the shorts, or will it be that blue colour like it was seen on the preview pictures?

I didn't realize that the home kit's collar looked like that until now, doesn't look like the collars of other kits with the same texture.:o

Then when you look at the shop page, there's a picture of the home kit with Luis Garcia's name and number on the back, and the adidas retro-style numbers (as seen in the WC, and on the European shirt Carra's wearing - and indeed on those Newcastle kits a few posts up) are on there.

Are the Premier League dropping the standardised numbers for this season? Interesting, if they are...

That means that more likely it isn't the EPL version, because for matches like friendlies, CL and such some english clubs use the fonts that are mostly used by the brand just like Manchester United using the Nike fonts, or Chelsea the Umbro fonts(when they still used Umbro).

Yeah, I know you get to use your own numbers in the CL - but it's the way they worded "old style". The numbers they showed weren't the "old style" Reebok European numbers, they were the EPL numbers. The implication from that statement is that the EPL numbers are now "old style". But maybe it's just a bad piece of wording and the site just isn't being clear ;-)

Wow, the dippers kits are absolutely putrid. These looked good on the design boards, but the hot dog yellow and red, and the white and teal third (red numbering, what the f*ck?) are utterly nauseating. The home is decent but (and I never thought id say this) they made the club badge too large and the fact that its off center, with the sponsor right next to it just looks unnatural.

I actually think the spuds kit looks quite classy. But its very similar to Arsenal's comemorative kit

I hate the new Adidas numbers design....i thought they would of had the numbers in 3 stripes like their famous design, not 4.

'Pool kits looks 'not too bad' i reckon.

Village People...I hate it when they put the manufacturers logo in the middle

i love it but the only thing that i hate is the badge beeing on the left and not under the adidas logo

well it depends how u look :)
for me it a solid number with three stripes (that have the colour of the shirt) running through the middle of the solid number....it's all a mather of looking

Geez, why don't designers keep it simple?

because we live in 2006 and simple it's boring and so 'pastlike' (ie: some of nike kits :boohoo: )

the problem here it the colour choice not the style...
