No, apparently the 2006-7 shirt was a one season kit to commemorate 50 years of United in European competition. I've seen a possible 2007-8 kit on this thread (a screengrab from Skysports) that appears as if the shirt is plain red (no collar, cuffs or trim) the shorts white with black trim on the edges of the legs and plain black socks.

Bear in mind of course that next season is the 50th anniversary of the Munich tragedy - our kit may commemorate the one worn in 1958.


Nike will let us know in due course though. It's a shame, because this season's kit is class.

Bit of an oddity that, Man Yoo have never had a plain red shirt in their entire history. This season's shirt looked very much like the kit from 1958, but with gold trim added to it. I smell money-making here.

Also can anyone confirm if Arsenal are keeping the current home kit? Because I have read conflicting reports about their home kit next season, some say they're keeping the current kit, some say they're having a new kit (obviously they're having a new away kit).

Well, you didn't expect Nike to miss a marketing opportunity like that did you? Just look at the whole "commemorative Highbury redcurrant thing"

I'm pretty sure Arsenal are keeping their home kit, the yellow will become the third kit and a new away will be released.

Adidas has managed to screw up Liverpool's home shirt for the 2nd time now...Reebok was better. I love those Tottenham shirts btw, all of them. Symplicity really works well in this case

Liverpool will be getting a new away and euro away kit, the home one will be used again next season. The home kits are always used for two seasons.
