Is it me or everyone is going back to collars this season ?
BTW, the Barca collars look exactly like the Atletico Madrid 10/11 collar so those might be the real designs...

Yeah that Madrid shirt is nice...but again, they have no business changing home shirts this year, they just got a new one this season.

Actually, I believe the whole point behind clubs getting new kits every year is exactly BUSINESS. :(

Clubs changing home kits every season and parading new shirts before the season is even over are things that annoy me A LOT!

Anyway, got myself this little Carlos*et:

'tis great

Haha yeah I know...we as consumers should boycott that notion by NOT buying a new shirt every season.

don't know why, but L'OM always get special attention from Adidas, and their kits are usually quite classy ... this one is a little less "out there" in terms of design (compared to the shirts in the last 4-5 seasons), but it is just as classy ...

Perhaps that's because Adidas's original colors are the same with OM's colors.

I have the 2006 home shirt and it's one of the classiest I've ever seen. I didn't much like this seasons'.

Olympique de Marseille is owned (used to be owned, actually) by Robert Louis-Dreyfus (RIP, he died last summer, now the club belongs to his widow).
Robert Louis-Dreyfus used to be the chairman of Adidas from 1993 to 2001.
Louis-Dreyfus bought both OM and Adidas to Bernard Tapie, who used to owned the club and the brand too.

I'm pretty sure that's the reason because Adidas design every year a special kit for OM. There is probably some kind of an agreement between both part.

I can be wrong, but I'm pretty sure about it.
