The Photoshop 7 tutorial that was used to design several kits for the next season (eg. Barca home, Ajax away) has leaked:

File -> Open your shirt template -> Pick desired color-theme -> Select the kit by using the Magic Wand Tool -> Copy/Paste -> From the "layer" select: Blending options -> Gradient overlay -> GET CREATIVE! -> Paste club logo and sponsors -> Save as...
