Hi people , I have just bought a new sony sdm-s73b 17inch tft monitor and when i play winning eleven 8 i keep getting slowdown and at times it's fuzzy and causing problems with my eyes.
The only thing that has changed is my new tft monitor which replaced my crt monitor. On my old crt monitor it ran great at 2048*1024, i have a radeon 9800 pro video card and thus use radlinker so as not to suffer with tearing. The problem is most severe when the ball is kicked up the pitch rather than just passing to a team mate. Up until now the only other game i have tried is farcry and that runs great. I have heard that on tft monitors changing the refresh rates does not make any difference, although saying that i have tried changing from 60 to 72 to 75 and making no real difference.
I have also installed the new monitor driver and are using windows xp, with 1 gig of ram.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
