I'm experiencing something very crappy from this patch... the game is running great, I can now play with max details, but 2 minutes in it start going very very slow where it becomes unplayable. :@

I think maybe with your card you should be on medium , or keep it on high in the PES settings but try putting in lower settings in the nvidia control panel.
Your card is not really designed for high graphics settings, if your not sure what settings , let me know and I will help you out..

I tried all setting but the problem is it starts messing up a few minutes in the game, it runs fine at beginning... very strange.
