If you have the chance to upgrade your PC to WinXP it'd be great.
Anyway, the only way to solve this is: click on Start -> Programs -> OEdit. Right click on the OEdit shortcut, click on Properties. At the end of the target, enter "/rgbemulation" so it looks something like this:
"CProgram Files\OEdit\OEdit.exe" /rgbemulation
And now, it might work
