Hey guys im new with managerzone, i played Hattrick a lot and to my suprise i saw that this game is pretty cool as well !!!!

So now i need some starting tips..

What formation is the best??Or does that depend on your squad??

What skills are important for a striker,defender,winger or midfielder??...

And last but not least...youthsquad?? What to do about it??

well, the best way to learn everything is to browse the forums daily. also read the mz manual to find what skills for each position are needed
