New Pes4 online multiplayer launcher released

New Pes4 Launcher now released,

Lots of features including-:
Programed in 100% Assembler making it take up very little memory and cpu time even with all its features(only 288kb when in tray!!!)
ping (client to client)
Nice looking interface
File Send (very fast)
Different fonts/colour of font/font size
Manual connect to IP address function
Automatically detects client's PES4 install location upon install
Sounds!
Away Button (will stop you hearing sounds or getting any interruptions in any way from the chat)
Automatic Update

Etc...etc....

The next update (in the next 2 weeks) will allow the client to connect to a choice of multiple servers, and i will then release my server. This will allow anyone who is running their own league to run their own dedicated servers (rooms) for their league players to meet up and play each other.

Pes4 uses port 5739 UDP. If you are behind a router, you must ensure that you forward port 5739 to your IP address within your LAN. The port forward option for your router may be listed as "virtual server" in your router settings.

If you are behind a firewall you also have to ensure that port 5739 is open and not being blocked by your firewall.

There are lots of people playing behind a router, including me

I will admit that mine still has 1 problem at the moment, and that is a lack of players from different parts of the world. But the only reason for this is the fact it only got fully released a few days ago

It was released to an italian league a few weeks ago, and so a lot of the players are italian and want league matches. The server has more people in every day, its averaging around 45 at the moment and we are starting to get people in from all over the place.

In the next few days everything is going to change, i will release a new client to the public, and i will release a new server that you will be able to run on your own computer, the client will then get a list of all the active servers all over the world, we can then have 100's of servers in every country... leagues can have their own password protected servers just for league matches etc...


As for other "functionality" pes4online has over pes4launcher, i cant see...anything?

ping,change pes4 settings from within the launcher, file send, finds pes4 install location automatically, enters username from the launcher into the game so you know exactly who your playing from chat, you can just copy an IP into manual connect instead of having to do each number individually, hosting and joining is less fiddley...

Janer i have the same problem like you im only getting to Now Loading then the hosts always leave because its stops there...is there anyway to fix that ?

It could be many things,

You need to have the pes4 1.10 patch installed, and it has to be installed over the original pes4.exe, if you had the no-cd version of pes4.exe and then installed the 1.10 patch, it wont work.

You need to give pes4.exe internet access on your firewall, and allow port 5739 UDP

If you are behind a router you have to forward port 5739 UDP to your LAN IP.

Make sure you haven't got windows XP firewall turned on if you allready have another firewall installed.

This program rocks :) The other one has more players (at the moment) but this one looks better, has a ping function - and is auto updating ! Apparently it will soon feature custom servers/rooms to.
