i agree with senght .the patch rocks ! the shooting has been improved and passing is very good . this is the best gameplay patch till now.....

Great patch Sameer, but I have some suggestions....

Could u fix the bug with John Arne Riise in the game? When he gets the ball he dribbles around like crazy and doesn't pass :D

And also, perhaps u could release new formations in your next patch so that they can blend and work well with your gameplay patch, such as a 3-4-3, or also Real Madrid's formation ( an illustration down below)

i can create team formation,but the problem is all these formations are saved in fcdb.dbi (roater file).that means you will need to owerwrite this file.
btw in ver 5.5(coming soon) i will fix riise and other players:D

yeh the shooting bug is correct the punt is oso longer 1 thing i hope u can fix...the goalie throws the ball to the defender and then the defender stops for a while..can u fix that? coz i always steals the ball right away and score

Installation
=================================================================================================
-go to any one package folder(depending upon your skill level) and unzip the ini.big,aicpu.big and install.bat into your main FIFA 2003 directory
(usually "c:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 2003\")
-run (double-click) install.bat from FIFA 2003 main directory
-If you want to make variations in this patch,go to "options package"folder and install corresponding soccer.ini file to fifa2003 main folder.

extract the file -> formadata.kpr to FIFA2003/data/cmn/be to install new formations

Sameer since you cannot send all of the new formations files in one big file, then perhaps you could release them seperately? So that anyone with FIFA Coach could import them.... what do u think?? That could be an added bonus with Version 5.5?? That would be fantastic!!!:D :rockman:

hey sameer i installed your patch and i think the gameplay improved over the original fifa gameplay.
But i have one point of critic. The players(midfielders/forward) do too much unnessesary tricks. I can easily steal the ball away. The have to pass more especially in midfield.
After the match the cpu often only got a couple of shots on the goal, because i can easily get the ball from them before they shoot.

it also seems like the goalkeeper (my team) has been made auto.
During a corner, I didn't have to press a single button, my keeper will rush out and punch the ball away, 5 out of 5 times during a match.

I was also amazed at the number of passes i made and this particular com player just keeps running after THE BALL non-stop. Either they have way too much stamina, or you have made them close the distance too much/early.

Is it not possible to access the formations file without CC?
If so, I agree with Sameer's suggestion.
Please, if you may, explain the formation installation protocol.
