Im considering starting up a fifa 2003 project, and what it entrials is this:

Bringing the MLS 2003 to fifa 2003...

such as:

All correct uniforms
Correct squads
correct player likeness
more accurate stats
New Art - Stadium flags, New MLS ball, MLS style front end graphics
