I'm just wondering if anyone is even close to being able to create new stadiums for the game, as I'm getting pretty tired of playing in constant sunshine at the San Siro (especially annoying in the Champions League). I am aware that there are patches that let you play night matches, but unfortunately they only make the sky black, while I want floodlights and everything. Impossible? I hope not...

There's a new at Fifamania which says the guys there have created the Bologna Stadium from zero but only a preview screenshot can be found and not sure when it will be released.

Yes. The Fifamania guys (maily Giorgio Lunardon) can make new FIFA 2003 stadiums from zero. I have emailed fifamania repeatedly, but got no reply. The don't want to share their stadium building knowledge with the rest of the community 
So they're creating new stadiums, but not sharing them with anybody? WTF?
That should works...All we can hope is that they make some sort of stadium editor.....
......but probably only in time for FIFA 2004....(so just hope EA keep the stadium format more or less the same)

Ariel told me he talkedto giorgio and he told him that the bulding method they are using is too difficult so they are working on a new editor or something like that... I don't remember well if he told me the are making it now or don't want to share the knowledge until they make it
