Can I play online with it?

Nice patch.
But I was wondering if those grass textures affects online playing
(like "connection lost") with someone which doesn't have those, ?
I'll appreciate a kind answer, cuz I really want to play with this patch installed, offline & online.

It works for me including in the Rheinenergie stadion, which is a memory hog, but with everything in 1GK of course. It also worked in the Renzo Barbera from Palermo, The Marassi from Genoa and my custom version of San Siro. I'll try more stadiums when I have more time but seems pretty stable to me.

I don't know what you are doing, but I didn't have to wait at all to start a free download - I clicked the third point (Download from Cogent #2. Very fast downloads).

Prehaps try that.
