Nihat will play as EU player

The Court decided that Nihat will be able to play as EU player.

Although this history is not fully decided, this weekend he will play as if he had EU passport.

Same happened with Karpin, who played 1 game as EU player, but later this was no longer allowed.

Nihat situation is personal, and can not be used for other Turkish players in La Liga, such as Rustu and Tayfun.

I don't know exactly, each player has to follow the legal process.

The sentence it's only for the person who started the process, not the collective. It doesn't makes jurisprudence either.

I think is not valid for all players because the sentence is not definitive, will be an appeal from the LFP or something.

I hope the sentence is definitive soon and Rustu can play as UE player.

i hope rüstü will play as EU player soon because he can't find a place in first eleven because of foreign players such as saviola,ronaldinho,marquez...

No, the sentence is only for the person who made the whole legal process, Nihat.

There is an appeal from the Spanish Federation against that sentence, but even if the appeal is refused, the sentence will only affect Nihat.

If Rustu, or Tayfun (another Turkish player in Spain), wants to have the same rights, he will have to start the whole process again.

In fact I don't understant what is this sentence based on. If a player doesn't have an EU passport, I don't know how can that be changed without giving him a new passport.

No, no. Don't worry he he

He's turkish and he will stay turkish

He's not receiving any passport. He just won't be considered non-EU player, but I don't know what is it based on.

He has already played for the turkish NT and will not be able to play for any other NT no matter what he does.

He's on cordial terms with this Spanish fox and he's also impregnanted her 15 times already.

the EU has this rule that if you're a foreigner and you impregnate a woman who's born in that country you're in, you get EU'ED (become eligible as an EU person)

The rules of the LFP are not only for one person. If Nihat is accepted is because they changed the rules about Turkish people, they'll must accept Rüstü if he has the same documentation, for a simple rule of equality.

No because it comes from the law not from the LPF.

Barça for Rustu and Espanyol could ask for this "equality" but it doesn't have to work. Both teams wil try but possibly they will have to start all over again. That's what I've read on the newspapers and heard on te radio. This is a personal process, don't ask me why

i will "translate"

if you are not an EU citizen, but you have sex with a woman who is a EU citizen and she gets pregnate, you can enjoy all the benefits of an EU citizen.

I don't know if you get actual EU citizenship, because im just "translating" youfool's post. However I think it's BS

ok thanks, it's what I though. I couldn't believe he was saying that!!!

Of course you have to get married, and you also have to answer some questions to "prove" that you are getting married because you're in love. After that, depending where are you from, you still have to wait for a year before you get a work permit.

I'm talking about Spain but I guess it's more or least the same everywhere in the EU.

Nihat situation is not this one. He's not receiving any passport. Turkey has an agreement with the EU to let his citizens work without a visa or something like that, and he's just asking to have this agreement applied to football.
