sorry to pull this thread up, but its better its better then pulling up that other boots thread, and i have a question.

what are good boots to play on soft ground. where i live it rains alot, but all i got are a pair of turfs. i love them, and they do really good in dry weather, but the mud collects on them and i slip in mud easily (ok to save a little self respect, i have good balance, so i dont slip, but i'd rather concentrate on playing rather then on staying on my feet).

like what kind of boots are good in rain?

get the predator manias in soft ground they are perfect i have the lunar ones.

Well... if the only pair you have are turfs, you should probably look first into actual field soccer cleats... you know the ones with 13, or 8 cleats on them. But since you're saying it rains a lot, you should probably look into 8 cleat shoes, metal ones are preferable if your league allows it.

Those aren't the vapors mate there the Ice Talarias in that 1st pic. Also don't get lunar manias if you won't good wear out of them, there are a good boot but especially lunars get crappy pretty quick.

I got the Ice Vapors, got them about 3 months back and they are for sure 1 awesome boot. They really do standout and I can definately say they look better than the chromes and they also go with different kits better. For comfort vapors rock as long as you have narrowish feet. They stuff there are made out of too is wicked, its called teijin or sumthing. Sometimes with these boots you get back marks or red marks from predator manias spriggs when other players kick you but the marks just rub off by just rubbing them with a dry cloth which is cool, also real easy to clean.
