No Champions League Seedings?

COPIED FROM WEBSITE:

The draw for the 2nd phrase takes place on Friday,
however, this year the draw will be quite different. No papers have picked up on this yet but I (not me exactly, as ive lifted this from another site) will explain now.

Due to all 4 Spainish teams qualifying along with
all 4 Italian and UEFA's rule that you cant play a team from your previous group in the next round, there will be no seedings to group winners this year.

You only have 4 groups which means each group MUST
have 1 Spainish and 1 Italian team in it. that only leaves 8 places but you cant draw a team you have already played. It looks like at the moment that the draw will be placing teams in any group that can "host" them.

DOES N E ONE KNOW WHETHER THIS IS TRUE OR NOT?

there will be seedings*, but they will probably be irrelvant, as there wil be severe limitations as to the possibilities on the group line ups

* will probably just be group winners and runners up separated.

Reserve Team
Holders Real Madrid CF are the top seeded team going into Friday's draw for the second group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

Four groups of four
The draw, which takes place at 11.30CET at the Noga Hilton Hotel in Geneva, will divide the 16 qualifiers into four groups of four, with the top two in each of those groups progressing to the quarter-finals.

Spain dominant
The eight group winners from the first group stage are the seeded teams, and according to the UEFA club coefficient rankings the top four seeds are: Madrid, winners of Group C and with a coefficient of 147.233; Manchester United FC (Group F winners, 125.729); FC Barcelona (Group H winners, 116.233); and Valencia CF (Group B winners, 106.233).

Runners-up
Those four teams will go into Pot 1 for the draw, while the other group winners – Juventus FC, Arsenal FC, Internazionale FC and AC Milan – will go into Pot 2. Pots 3 and 4 will comprise the group runners-up. One club from each pot will be drawn into one of the four second-stage groups.

Procedure to be ratified
Teams from the same national association cannot be drawn in the same group, and teams from the same first-stage group cannot be drawn together again. The draw procedure is to be ratified at a meeting of UEFA's Club Competitions Committee in Geneva on Thursday.

Newcastle have been ranked 15 out of 16 :(
and will for sure play one of the Milan teams (AC or Inter) and a top Spanish side (Real, Barca or Valencia)

it's sure Deportivo and Manchester Utd will be paired in the same group, and I think Arsenal and Roma will be together as well
