No grass, just black pitch

I installed City of Manchester Stadium using the CM and when I play a my first game in season mode I get a black park. No grass, no lines , just blackness. I've deleted the stadium and still get the same blackness. Anyone have a fix for this or any advice?

Just change the stadium condition label in CM... You cannot set it to "perfect", set it to "good"
