No Injury On-Off?

I'm trying to simply get all injuries turned off during any season or tournament play and I can't. I could have sworn this was possible but maybe I'm remembering wrong and you simply can't play with injuries off in FIFA at all?

Follow up question to my initial question... seeing as it's entirely likely that injuries simply can't be turned off...

When you play in single team control mode (as opposed to controlling all teams) and a player gets injured, does the game constantly use the original formation and lineup as a base to redo any squad changes? Meaning, if a player gets hurt, when he's available again does he get put back exactly where he was playing before?
