No linesmen!!!

In game is not present linesmens, somebody knows as them to return?

If i'm not mistaken, there is an option in the game settings menu that toggles the referees. Maybe you should look at that, if not reinstall the game

With notepad it's only textfile how can it do something?

you just save it as .txt and then change it to .ini, or simply save it as .ini

I think the main directory is that where you installed the game. Eg. DGames\2006 FIFA World Cup (TM)
