u can play against friends in friendlies, and cups, but other than that u cant. theres no multiplayer career mode, simple as that.

THERES NO MPLAYER IN FIFA 2004... just if you want to pay to play in EA ROOMS... there isnt DIRECT IP AND NETWORK...
