I haven't tried this guy's tactic personally, but it seems to be a winner. I've stuck to a pretty neutral 4-4-2 formation, adjusting mentality and a few other options when I'm either winning or losing. To be honest, I can't really tell if changing my tactics makes a big difference or not. How can you tell if you are utilizing your players correctly, besides looking at the final match score?

Well i watch the whole match in 2d view, so i can tell when my tactics are having an effect on the match. gonna take me forever to finish a season though, been playing 2 days and haven't got to the first premier league match yet!!

League cup final:
Liverpool 1-2 West Ham
The last 10 mintues were horrible. It was hoof ball, Repka to Henchoz, to Breen to Hyypia to James to Dudek.
There are no tactical discussions because to be honest, they are no longer needed. It's all about finances/players now to be honest.

I was using one and I lost 3 games straight with Arsenal.
Change of tactics, beating AEK Athens 5-0 now with 4 goals from Cisse and set up by Aliadere(sp?).

No point in uploading tactics. I made a 3-5-2 designed for my West Ham, you've seen what it can do, Dale tried it with Chelsea and it sucked at first, but eventually he did finish 3rd, not sure if he used the tactic all the way through the season.

EDIT: I'm 11 games into the season and 4 matches into Grp Phase 1 of Champs League! - I've only conceded 6 Goals All season (4 in League, 2 in CL)
