But, they still have Lucio in the starting line up, who got red carded today, and the Paraguay goal was a deflection off his back. The man is true sh*t .

He's so sh*t that he's worldclass. Madrid only can dream of having such a defender in its team.

well, whatever you say, i wont be ******* convinced, until i see a good game from him, i saw three games of him this year, 2 against Chelsea, and now with Brazil, so there isnt anything at all i saw good about him. maybe he's excellent in the Bundesliga, but as i said, i can only base my opinion on the games i saw.

yeah, i watched the cup final, but with one eye, because it was on german tv, and i hate german tv . but put yourself in my position, lets say you saw Woodgate play three times, and in those three games he scored 3 own goals and got a red card. you would have an opinion, right?

anyways, back to Brazil, will Ronaldo play against Argentina?

It's obvious that no one was going to fight/kill him. Fossati also stopped Morales and some players who were about to kill him. What would have been the point of having Uruguay fight Venezuela like a bunch of Natives? To have URuguay be shown as rediculous instead of how Venezuela was shown? Montero would have eaten him alive too.

Sadly this always seems to happen with Uruguay and Argentina (after game fights)

Yep but mostly due to the fact that Woodgate hasn't proved himself at a higher level before so you can't compare these two players at all. Lucio won a WC, has been to a CL final and won everything on domestic stage.

I just watched what happened on TYC. Montero grabbed his balls at the Venezuelan players and they went at him, Vicente Sanchez and Dario Silva. (Completely outnumbered). Montero aparently (he knows how to fight) did some serious damage.

I seriously would have attacked ANYone but Montero (most red cards in Italian League history ........but nothing compared to his father who once chased a Brazilian player (vs. Sao Pablo i think) into a PARKING LOT when he was spit in the face. (During the game)

That family REALLY has anger issues. oh man.

I can't speak for Morales.....he's just an idiot (always was). But messing with Montero? I'm starting to doubt Maldonado's IQ. Even Argentina doesnt mess with that guy (and along with us, they have the worldwide reputation of having the most balls (garra) in south america <maybe earth>.)

Argentina will go CRAZY vs. Brazil. All out. What a game its gonna be.

- Is Pablito Aimar injured?
- Where's Tevez, busy with Corinthians?
- Hopefully Coloccini as the SW-CB.
- I'd put Kily in for Sorin.
- Will this game be televised? Which American channels?

I don't know about Pablo, I'd love to see him play. He's one of my favorite players in the world. He needs to play. It would be perfect to have Aimar and Riquelme in the middle. I think that is what will end up happening if he isn't injured.

Tevez will come off of the bench to replace Crespo probably if things don't go well. Crespo and Saviola play well with eachother IMO.

Milito and Coloccini are about the same though I prefer Gabriel. It won't matter because that is Walter's spot

I used to hate Sorin but over the past 3 years he's been pretty consistent for the NT.

Heh, it looks like a lot to the team i posted in the spanish forum of what i'd think it'd be the best team. I think Ayala will be be in the middle and Coloccini to the right. Aimar better be in the bench at least, if Lucho fails he can go in.
