There is no point of a db update as transfers are made every hour, so it would always be outdated, and also the whole db is based on sofifa data

also tried to change birth year of players in CM15 and unfortunately doesnt work for me.

Can you specify where you saw the women's league?

No need to regenerate. See my old posting from June 16. I have followed those instructions many times by now and it has always worked.
