Well as you can guess this is going to be the mod annoucement thread. Yes its a sticky and yes its closed so that no-one else can post in here. ;)

I thought it would be good to have a place where Kader, Sir_Didier_Drogba and I could post notices and keep you informed on stuff :clapwap:

Anyway everytime there is a new post please read it and try and do anything we ask (as you always do :) )

Anyway my annoucement is at the moment -

With the release of CM4, I think this is going to be a time where the CM forum is going to become incredibly busy and there will be plenty of new faces.
Even being on MSN for 30mins I have seen about 10 display names about CM4.

So could all of the regulars pls welcome the newbies and show them our experience, cheers guys (H)

Another quick note regarding the recent release of CM4 - please make sure you always post in the correct forum.

The main CM Forum is now to be entirely devoted to CM4. CM01/02 and earlier threads should be made in the 'Older CM Titles' subforum. Please also keep the Players forum to CM4 only and the SGFC forum to CM01/02 only

If you post a thread in the wrong forum - you run the risk of it being deleted.

Look guys, I had to delete some pretty stupid posts a minute ago, I'm not really happy about it, I am quite annoyed about it! :kader:

The disscusion in the "expanding Cm community here" thread was utter stupidity, are you trying to get these forum a bad name?

This time, I'm not gonna follow through with this but if it arises again, It will most probably be out of my hands.

The users who had the convo know who they are.

Another quick note people, anyone caught spamming their Outwar link will be punished accordingly and severly.

ie:

- People posting their outwar link will recieve a yellow card
- People posting their outwar link disguised as something else such as an FAQ run the risk of getting a red card.

Harsh, but fair I think.

Well, the thread hasn't been used for while but I have just had to close a thread due to more advertising!

If your a newbie and your posting in the CM forum, post about CM! Not LMA, Total Club manager or anyother type of management game.

Last time we had someone post about another management game they weren't taken to (wonder why :rolleyes: )

Especially seeing as they only seemed to want to cause conflict.

At the moment, I can only have ZERO tolerance for these threads and they will be closed as soon as I see them :kader:

sorry about being so inactive over the past two/three weeks. I've been away on Work Experience and have been able to spend very little time online.

I am however back now and will return to full posting and getting my postcount back infront of Liams ;)

Just a reminder........

DO NOT MENTION/TALK ABOUT/REFER TO WAREZ/DOWNLOADED/CRACKED GAMES IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM!!!!!

If you version of CM is downloaded or an illegal copy DON'T MENTION IT and above all - DONT ask or tell where to download games!!!

Giving the link or asking for the link to any site dealing with illegal downloads could result in an instant redcard and even mentioning that your version of CM is downloaded/copied could get you yellow carded (depending on the mod).

So play it safe and DONT MENTION IT.

I have noticed a lot of threads have been going off topic recently, and many of them have been partially my fault.

Lets try and cut down on it by just making off topic posts on threads which have already gone off topic and keeping new ones to the point.
