"PSE 3 Multiplayer-Patch" ? Pro Soccer Evolution? I think it's for totally onther game, Konami made many games (eg. MGS)

Don’t have any idea, what it was supposed for?

Go to download section/PES3/Pathcs and you find PSE3 patch
