Use FRAPS to put your Replays into video files. Download FRAPS, install it, turn it on, turn on FIFA, push what ever button is your capture button for FRAPS, play the replay (usually in slow motion as the FRAPS will screw up a bit), exit out, and encode your videos at 200% speed to wmv, mpg, or avi, and your done
