I think Madrid have confused Gravesen with his identical twin and slaphead midfield partner, Lee Carsley. Gravesen always has some idiot to do most of the dirty work for him while he holds the passing game together (Carsley for Everton and Tofting for Denmark). His tackling isn't much better than Beckham's and going forward he's not much of a threat. Does he have a decent long shot on him? Can he play 50 yard defence-splitting through balls? No.

I rate him as a solid distributor, not as a holding tackling midfielder. Either way he's not Madrid class.

Madrid need a true holder, I think they got confused and actually want a Carsley/Gravesen cross. (H)

gravesen? are u kidding me? hes probably the most overrated player in the league. he sux bigtime. hes really nothing at all, just that he flaunts it very well

thats if Liverpool decide to sell Gerrard (which won't happen for quite some time)

I've seen Gravesen play many times this season for Everton and I have no clue what Madrid see in him. Perhaps he was the only one available for that price (Madrid didn't have too much to spend this Jan).

Madrid fans are so desperate that they will cling on to anything that appears in the same sentence as the two letters "D" and "M". ... speaking of which... how many times has the term DM been uttered in this thread... haha... Never seen such desperation

Something else... he will add some of that aggressiveness that madrid need... He will spank those bit*"s, and yeah im sick off primadonnas...
