Offline lag after WOLF patch

been playing for ages now with wolf patch 1.0 without the sound evolution.. and it was great- now after patch 3.0 i experience lagging throughout the game- maybe 5-6 times during a 10 min game- very similar lag to online...

any ideas anyone?

Sometimes this happens when people copy and delete large files on their PC when using XP. Best thing is to reboot and overnight defrag to get all the game files sequential.

perhaps although i doubt it- maybe on a pentium3...
the thing is many ppl have been complaining abt it today on pesonline ans some cant almost play the game b/c it lags so much- i havent experienced any lag before by playing offline and i copy and delete gigs of files every day- and defragment very regularly...

but ill try ur suggestion- u never know...

maybe someone that already using wolf patch 3.0 can justify whether they having some sort of lag or not... so far played with wolf patch 1.0 and 2.0 is fine for me... only would be able to try patch 3.0 tonight...

I'm also experiencing lag in the game after installing 3.0

I think this might be stadium related, as I seem to have it much more in some matches than others.

Defragging might sort these problems out. It may just be that the wolf patch you have downloaded is fragged badly and the hard drive has trouble accessing it during game sometimes. DEFRAG!!!

No, I don't think it has anything to do with defragging... it does have something to do with the stadiums, because JP said, some matches are worse than others.

And I only installed the Option file from 3.0...

the difference in stadium between patch 2.0 and 3.0 is new Stadium: De Kuip (by crazyaxel21).... unless u guys always lag on that stadium... else i dont think we can suspect stadium if u guys are playing fine in patch 2.0...

Perhaps not the stadium itself - maybe flags or something? Is this possible? Or, even weather?

I do know I played two games with the same teams and uniforms...one was laggy, the other noticably less so. Nothing changed in my screen settings or background processes.
