The official WAS www.uefachallenge.com, and the site just went across the Bermuda Triangle.
Anyway, the best site has got to be SCTW's uefa challenge wishlist, and the site at my signature. Soon, as editors come along, we will be making heaps of stuff for this game.

i think you will find that soccered is the best site for uefa challenge patches, as we are the only site to make anything for UC.
