Your faces are quite good enough only with this high quality textures.They looks like PES faces.Really nice front view and poor side and half-side views for unmade players.Try to take more photos for references for work...
Your Valencia looks like Nani and you take not good photo to make texture.Cleverley also has big problems with face base...

No man, it's not jealously, Vadios also makes good faces, for people who don't make faces his faces are the best but for me (a person who knows about modeling something) those models are just good, not bad, not great, but just good.
Of course there are some great faces like Skrtel for example, quite good Allen but anyway models are still not as good as they could be with detailed modeling. Textures make those models so good but take another medium quality texture and put it on his face and you can see that face wouldn't be so good. I also like his works, they are quite interesting even for me but he should work more better when he reworks EA's models.
As for me he makes very interesting textures (little bit PES style) but anyway they look quite interesting in game as for me but models are just medium quality, they are not great or realistic but good, not more (except some faces like I said Skrtel for example).
He should work more better at model updates and then his work will be really similar.
As for me the best facemaker is Farkam, only he makes so detailed updates at models and makes great (alive style) textures, other facemakers are just very good or good or bad but it's only my opinion.
