it seems it has to do with your settings, if your configuration is low it will look like this

how do i configure my settings on fifa.. i have a good graphics card, never really played on pc always placed on xbox.. is there a way to do a performance benchmark?

That seems to be ultralow... I play on low and my game doesn't look like that.

There's a file called fifaconfig in the FIFA 13/Game folder, it's a pre launcher for the game basically. There's a Game Settings option there, where you can adjust all that stuff.
