Old rosters with real names in PES5 online?

I'm playing as Benfica in PES5, but all of their players has fake names (like Noon Goetz = Nuno Gomez), so I decided to install Superpatch 3.0 to sort it out also when playing online.

But the problem now is that they have a new roster with players like Miccoli, Laurent Robert etc. so when I play online, the game might say that a player of mine is Miccoli, when it's infact Giovanni (with much poorer stats).

Is there anyway to get real names when playing online, and still have the old rosters?

Can anyone explain it to me step by step?

Thanks, this is probably what I'm looking for, but I'm still having some problems installing this right.

I've done exactly what was said in the readme file, but it has screwed up all the names in every team, and when I try to play a match, it exits the game saying that pes5.exe has performed an illegal operation and has to be closed.

But I'll give it some more tries...
