Olympiakos patch?

Is there anyone to fix the Olympiakos team in Fifa 2k3? There are many mistakes, esp in the players faces and it contains a couple of players not in the Olympiakos roster. Also the flags are red and blue (?!) I've downloaded the CC, but it says "error 430". I can provide pics with the real players faces. Please help...
