What do u guys think of your Nigerian u-21 left back, Taye Taiwo???
In Monaco, Kallon scored 10 goals, Adebayor 6 and Chevanton 4 so 6 goals for Saviola is already good. I agree with you he looks better in CL
I didn't see him play yet beause he's in Marseille since a few weeks. He played with Marseille Second Team this week, but I've heard he's a good player.
Do you have more informations about him?

Well, he is a very talentd player, that has just broken into he Nigerian full team. he is expected to be a regular, as Celestine babayaro is not on good termms with the coach, and ifeanyi udeze has been loosing form like a bad habit.
Taiwo is also compared to roberto Carlos, as he packs a cannon shot in his foot.
Whats the news on your attempt to buy wilson Oruma???

hey guys, how did our Nigerian Starlet, Taye taiwo , play. Give me a lenghty and intelligent analysis please. We, Nigerians, are expecting him to firmly grab the Marsseille Left back position( not trying to be arrogant). he is highly rated, and will surely give Babayaro and Udeze a run for thier money.
Thanks

Olympique Marseille host Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday for a tense Ligue 1 clash on and off the pitch as Marseille will aim at ending an eight-match jinx against their arch rivals. Monaco, who are third one point behind Marseille, could reclaim second place if they win at 18th-place AC Ajaccio.
On Saturday, champions Olympique Lyon, who top the table with an 11-point lead over Marseille, will host RC Lens in their last game before the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final against PSV Eindhoven at home on Tuesday.
UEFA Cup contenders AJ Auxerre will need a home win over mid-table Nantes to stay in contention for a European berth next season.
Media attention, however, focussed on the Marseille v PSG classic, largely because everything could happen off the pitch.
On November 7 when Marseille travelled to Paris the team bus was attacked by PSG supporters who threw beer bottles and other missiles at the vehicle, smashing several windows.
Nobody was seriously injured in the attack, which took place 800 metres from the Parc des Princes. The bus reached its destination where Marseille lost the Ligue 1 game 2-1.
Three days later the two teams met again in a League Cup first round match in Marseille.
PSG won again, 3-2 after extra time. This time, the main incident occurred 13 days later when Marseille coach Jose Anigo was forced to resign. "I decided to stop because I had run out of options. I had already offered my resignation after the PSG losses," he said.
SUPPORTERS' PRIDE
Anigo was replaced by Philippe Troussier who, having made his reputation coaching Ivory Coast, Nigeria, South Africa, Burkina Fasso and Japan, had no experience of Marseille but quickly fitted to the very special atmosphere of La Canebiere.
"Whatever their origins, players must be overwhelmed by the culture of Marseille. The Marseille identity means fighting for your jersey and playing attacking football for the sake of the supporters' pride," he told journalists during the week.
"Sunday's match has a special flavour for the players and for the supporters. It's a national derby, it's the match of the year."
The 47,000 capacity crowd of the Stade Velodrome will be hoping for the end of a series of eight defeats against their arch-rivals.
Troussier admitted, however, that PSG's poor performances have downgraded the true sporting value of the game.
"It will not be the same game than last year. It's not a shoulder to shoulder clash between two teams vying for the title because this year we are second in the standings and PSG are fighting against relegation," he said.
The Paris team are currently 12th in the 20-team league on 39 points, 10 points ahead of 18th-place AC Ajaccio and Bastia in the relegation zone and 23 adrift of Lyon and 12 of Marseille.
Some 700 Paris supporters will travel to Marseille aboard 14 buses. They will be met by police and searched before reaching the town and escorted to the Stade Velodrome where 600 policemen and 710 stewards will be deployed.
