Who here uses them? Which ones and what are the results?
Let me say this. I LOVE THE IDEAS BEHIND THE PATCHES...ALL OF THEM.
I am brought back to the NHL series where I belong to a community that edits that game as well as writes programs such as AHL league updates, etc...editing programs, etc. In that game I have never had one issue with editing that caused a person to have to delete their "Dynasty Mode" (equivalent of manager/career mode in FIFA06). So when I look at that and then look at how much I've had to stop my career mode in FIFA06 because of one thing or the other I am getting frustrated.
Also in previous FIFA titles (for me 02, 03 and 05) I had very similar issues to those I am having this year with many of these patches, updates, and expansions (or career update/overwrites).
I know that this may be due to my personal lack of knowledge.skill with FIFA but I seriously doubt most of the people playing it are skilled game editors. Also having experience with major editing to the NHL series since NHL 01 I consider myself pretty knowledgable at such things, though not as knowledgable as some.
So does anyone just use the CC06, or the fifaDat? Does anyone just use the CEP? Or do you simply play the game with none of the add ons offered by the gaming community? And please offer the results you've had? Obviously you've now read mine
I think there are rumblings, leading me to believe several people are wondering this same question?
