let me TRY to describe what the Problem is and what my thoughts are to solve.
We are going to play tournaments. The Problem is that we want to use the online squads. So the host have to choose "online".
The Guest Player can't see if the Host has choosen online or custom. So there might be the chance that the host is using a custom database with high level players. Is this correct so far?
My thoughts have been:
1.
I generated a custom database where all players are named "wrongDB" in the teams we need. So if the host uses custom I can see my players named "wrongDB" and can tell the Host "HEy dude change to online Squads". I put the fifa_ng_db.db, the .xml and the data_startup.bhc as well into the folders. All is working except im doing (so there is a chance a player will do too sometime) from team settings a Squad update. This generates a new folder in docs/fifa15/0.... Now I do no more have the "wrongDB" Players. If I delete the new folder its working again. But if someone uses Cloud saving we are running into problems again.... Really tried much more things but all lead to the same ending. There is no way to check 100% that the host used online DB.
2.
In the Menu where you choose your team we can press F11 this will check the MD5 of the db of the host and save it online in our db. After this the Guest presses F11 as well. The MD5 will be checked against each other and confirmed to be the same or not. But the original FIFA do not have the db.
Any Idea how to check this? In FIFA 14 you could see if the host choosen the online squads by the little icon next to the teamlogo (with custom setting this isn't there). see here:
