Online options in CG FIFA08 (PC)?

as former PES fan and Im still waiting for my ordered FIFA08 to come, I must write such themas:clapwap:

so my friend who has NG FIFA08 (xbox) has told me some stuff about online options in NG, so Im curious are they also in PC version

1.option to create online league and what modifications can be done in making a league
2.if yes are there any statistics for played matches in that league
3.can You play a CUp
4.can You change GK levels for a online match (fe amateur)
5.is there 5vs5 for PC version

thats for starters, plz for quick reply cause im one impatient
